I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Minya. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception team to the restaurant staff. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The food at the hotel was delicious and there was plenty of variety. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the towel animals on the bed were a fun touch. The location of the hotel was great, with a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful view of the Nile river from the roof.

The hotel is well located in downtown, just a few minutes from the station. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and experienced. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, offering good value for money. The 24-hour room service is a great convenience. The F&B manager, Mr. Tarik, made our stay lovely. Breakfast offers fresh baked goods, different types of cheese, milk, and juice. The staff in the restaurant and on the sun deck are very professional. Free Wi-Fi with a strong network is available.
